Our goal is to help you grow until you don’t need us.
Client Management Plans
- Project work-These are specific HR Projects like Compensation Analysis, Hiring Profiles, Employee Relations or Recruiting. (One time project fee based on scope of project work)
- Direct Hire Searches- We still handle the traditional one-off recruiting searches (search fee based on position)
- End to End Talent Acquisition- Let us handle every aspect of your recruiting process from proactively pipelining talent, interviewing, hiring, onboarding so you can focus on running your business. (Monthly Fee based on projected yearly hires)
- Total HR-We handle every aspect of your HR needs from special projects, strategic HR work and hiring with the exception of Payroll and Benefits. You’ll get dedicated HR services without adding to your headcount (Monthly fee based on client needs)
